Musician, Composer/Songwriter, Producer, Tutor
In his early teens George found himself dedicating most of the hours in the day he was awake to practicing. When he was asleep he was dreaming of playing. This obsession led to him studying music at The Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford and finished with a BMus (Hons) Degree in Professional Music Performance.
Since then he has gigged with his original bands up and down the country, and in the USA, and has shared the bill with acts such as Megadeth, Rob Zombie and The Scorpions. His current main performing passions are spent with his original rock trio ‘Crooked Shapes’.
He is an experienced studio musician, a guitar tutor and a working producer, writing and recording music for various TV and film production companies. His music has been on channels such as BBC (one and two) Channel 4, ESPN, Netflix, Amazon Prime and various other general broadcasting channels around the world.
George loves rock music but also found a passion for classical guitar. In 2017 he started having vocal tuition from Tony O’Hora (Sweet, Paying Mantis) and now performs lead vocal, as well as lead guitar duties with 'Crooked Shapes'.
